How to Sign Up for Group Classes and Private Instruction

The HypnoBirthing® classroom (2-6 couples) program includes (5) 2 1/2 hr. weekly sessions (once a week for five weeks). The fee for the classroom program is $195 (new lower price). A $75 non-refundable deposit is required, due before attending the first class, with the balance ($120) due at the end of class one unless other arrangements have been made. (Payable by check, money order, or PayPal). Your $75 deposit reserves your space and allows for the purchase of your class materials. $195 covers the entire program for mother and birth companion: deposit, all sessions/classes, the textbook “HypnoBirthing® - A Celebration of Life, 3rd edition” by Marie Mongan, an audio relaxation practice CD, and class binder.

Private Instruction is offered as (3) 3 hour sessions or as an all day (6 - 7 hour) intensive session. The intensive program is reserved for mothers who are 35+ weeks pregnant and cannot feasibly attend many classes. The standard private option is $325 and the intensive option is $275. Both fees include instruction for mom-to-be and her birth companion(s), textbook, practice CD, and class binder. A $75 non-refundable deposit is required to book your private class(es), with the balance due at the time of your first appointment.

There are two steps to sign up for classes. All classes listed on this page are taught by Anne Swanson (serving families since 2003).

Class Enrollment Form indicating your preferred type of class and for group classes your preferred class start date, contact information and planned birthing details. If a group class is full, it will no longer be an option on the drop down menu.
Class Deposit submitted ($75 non-refundable). This deposit reserves your space for a group class and allows HypMama to purchase your class materials. For private sessions, this non-refundable deposit books your appointment and covers the first hour of your instruction.
